Are we licensed & insured:

Yes, we are fully licensed & insured.

Are there contracts ?

No, we never ask for a contract…. Customers have the option to pay monthly to have everything scheduled & streamlined throughout year. Monthly clients also have access to our portal to communicate anything such as a light bulb needing replaced, or chirping smoke detector. Clients also can pay at time of service, however will not have access to portal, but no worries, we’re always a phone call away!

Do you do repairs?

Currently we do not offer repairs, although over time many things can happen. We focus on maintenance & prevention, so you can have peace of mind that all systems are efficient and saving you money!

Is there a cost for our estimate or home evaluation?

Absolutely not, as much as we want to be your choice in preventative maintenance, we want you to be educated on the importance of home maintenance , whether you choose us or not! We love meeting people!
